Chongqing Yinhe Experimental Equipment Co., LTD. designed and produced WSZ7230, temperature/humidity/vibration combined environmental test chamber, for Aerospace 702 Institute (Beijing strength environment institute). WSZ7230 was tested and identified by the first measurement and test research center of Science and Technology Industry for National Defense, and satisfied the technical requirements of both sides and the related standards, such as GJB150A、GB/T2423, etc, so WSZ7230 successfully passed the final acceptance. This chamber with variable combinations for volume satisfies the test requirements of large, medium and small test samples. At the same time, it has top hoisting and flexible loading methods for test samples, like front and back or left and right, provides test opportunities for different customers and test samples, and also fits into the complex and changeable market demands of test samples and test conditions faced by Aerospace 702 Institute.

      WSZ7230 has set the production record of domestic temperature/humidity/vibration chambers, and achieved new breakthroughs in developing and manufacturing the large chamber. Through connecting with the electromagnetic vibration platform, the chamber has the comprehensive test functions of temperature, humidity and vibration, and the maximum interior volume can reach 230 m³.  Its main characteristics are as follows:
    1.      Workroom dimension: 4000 * 16000 * 16000 mm (D x W x H);
    2.      Maximum rate of temperature change 5 ℃ / min, temperature range - 70 ℃ ~ 180 ℃;
    3.      Various combinations: Separate into three independent spaces for running, two adjacent spaces combine together to run, or combine into a big space to run;
    4.      Has full open lifting type roof and full open door on the side, the three small chambers have samples and personnel access doors, and set hoisting type partition door in the chamber;
    5.      Set the multi-sized and dismountable baseplate, convenient for the different vibration platforms;
    6.      Set the supporting type track for samples in the chamber.
